Do you work outside Central Florida and Jacksonville?
Our primary service area is Central Florida and Jacksonville. For projects outside this area, we can coordinate on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we will let you know.
Can I see sample reports or time-lapse before committing?
Yes. Reach out and we will share a redacted sample progress report and a time-lapse compilation. We can also schedule a 15-minute call to walk through what your project would receive.
Do you work with smaller projects?
We focus on commercial projects $5M and up, but we do take on custom homes and smaller commercial projects where the documentation needs match a commercial scope. Reach out and we will let you know.
