The Project

A new ground-up Walmart Supercenter with an attached gas station canopy at 1204 Crabapple Lane, Lady Lake, FL 32159, in the Lady Lake / The Villages market in Lake County. The build was a full 11-month engagement, starting at site prep and earthwork, running through foundation, structural steel, dry-in, MEP, interior buildout, paving, fueling canopy, site finishes, and substantial completion.

The data provider's client needed consistent weekly coverage of the project, with a defined deliverable set at every visit, run on a fixed cadence for the full 11-month build. Aerial Video Pass

A short aerial video captured at every visit for stakeholder use. The video gives owners, GCs, and lenders a quick visual update on where the project stood at the time of the visit, without needing to interpret the still photo set.

Volumetric Tracking Across the Engagement

The site required cut and fill balancing for the building pad, the parking lot subgrade, and the gas station pad. Volumetric measurements were done at multiple points across the engagement to track the actual material moved at each phase of the earthwork.

Building Pad

Cut and fill volumetric measurements for the main building pad. The deliverable was a per-visit volume figure showing how the building pad subgrade progressed week over week through the earthwork phase.

Parking Lot

Subgrade and stone base measurements for the parking lot and drive aisles. The volumetric data supported progress payments to the site work subcontractor against the actual material placed.

Gas Station Pad

Cut and fill for the fueling canopy pad, the tank pad, and the access drives. Separate from the main building pad because the gas station is a different structural scope and a different subcontractor.
